MLLGF: an open-ended income fund that owns a network of independently operated business. Mullen is a provider of transportation and related services to the oil and gas industry. It is also a supplier of trucking and logistics services in Canada. The business of the Fund is operated through 26 wholly owned companies and limited partnerships known as Mullen Group. These businesses is divided in two business segments: oilfield services and logistics. Oilfield Services segment consists of 19 operating business to provide transportations services, drilling services and well-servicing equipment and warehousing to the oil and gas industry.
TFIFF: a Canada-based company operating in the transportation and logistics industry. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, operates in four business segments: Less Than Truckload; Package and Courier; Specialized Services, which includes its ancillary transportation services, such as logistics, warehousing and dedicated services, fleet management and personnel services, oilfield and oilsand services, and waste management, and Truckload, which includes specialized truckload services. Transforce offers Package and Courrier service across Canada and Less than Truckload service across Canada and into the United States through its exclusive partnerships. Truckload service includes dry van, specialized equipment and dedicated services providing service in both the domestic and transborder markets. FFEX: a temperature-controlled truckload and less-than-truckload carriers in the United States with core operations in the transport of temperature-controlled products and perishable goods including food, health care and confectionary products. Service is offered in over-the-road and intermodal modes for temperature-controlled truckload and less-than-truckload, as well as dry truckload. The Company also provide brokerage, or logistics services, including ocean, air, and both domestic and international expedited services, as well as dedicated fleets to its customers. Its fleet of 2,029 company and independent contractor tractors allow the Company to offers high service levels and on-time performance and delivery within narrow time windows at stringent temperature standards. |
