The full-service eateries offer a menu of American and ethnic food items, including burgers, fajitas, pasta, ribs, seafood, and steak. ARKR: owns and manages about two dozen chic eateries in New York, Las Vegas, and Washington, DC, including the Bryant Park Grill and Center Cafe. Its Las Vegas operations include three restaurants in the New York-New York Hotel & Casino (owned by MGM MIRAGE); the company also operates the casino's room service and banquet facilities, as well as multiple food courts. TRY.B: Through its Arby's Restaurant Group subsidiary, Triarc Companies operates a chain of about 3,600 fast-food restaurants that specialize in roast beef sandwiches and curly fries. The #3 sandwich chain behind Subway and Quiznos, it also features chicken sandwiches, salads, and breakfast items.
