DSWL: an independent manufacturer of injection-molded plastic parts and components, electronic products and subassemblies and metallic molds and accessory parts for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and contract manufacturers. The Company conducts all of its manufacturing activities at separate plastics, electronics and metallic operation factories located in the People's Republic of China. The Company produces a variety of plastic parts and components that are used in the manufacture of consumer and industrial products, using different plastic injection technologies, such as film injection, integrated injection and insert injection. Metal products manufactured by the Company include metallic molds and accessory parts used in audio equipment, telephones, copying machines, pay telephones, multimedia stations, automatic teller machines and vending machines. SHLM: a supplier of plastic compounds and resins. The Company's customers span a range of markets including consumer products, industrial, automotive and packaging. The Company's segments are Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), North America Masterbatch (NAMB), North America Engineered Plastics (NAEP), North America Rotomolding (NARM), Asia Pacific (APAC) and Bayshore. A. Schulman operates primarily in four lines of business: masterbatch, engineered plastics, rotomolding and distribution. The Company also offers tolling services to customers through its North America, EMEA and Bayshore operations. The Company has 36 manufacturing facilities worldwide. MYE: manufactures a diverse range of polymer products for industrial, agricultural, automotive, commercial and consumer markets. Myers Industries manufactures plastic reusable material handling containers and pallets and produces plastic horticultural pots, trays and flower planters. Other product lines include plastic storage and organization containers, plastic original equipment manufacture (OEM) parts, rubber tire repair products and custom plastic and rubber products. The Company conducts its business activities in four distinct business segments, including three in manufacturing and one in distribution. The manufacturing segments consist of Material Handling, Lawn and Garden, and Automotive and Custom.
