ARKR: owns and operates 20 restaurants and bars, 30 fast food concepts and catering operations. Seven restaurants are located in New York City, four are located in Washington, D.C., five are located in Las Vegas, Nevada, two are located in Atlantic City, New Jersey, one is located at the Foxwoods Resort Casino in Ledyard, Connecticut and one is located in Boston, Massachusetts. The Las Vegas operations include three restaurants within the New York-New York Hotel & Casino Resort and operation of the hotel's room service, banquet facilities, employee dining room and nine food court concepts; one bar within the Venetian Casino Resort, as well as three food court concepts; and one restaurant within the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino. On December 15, 2009, the Company opened a restaurant, Robert at the Museum of Arts & Design at Columbus Circle in Manhattan.

MCD: franchises and operates McDonald's restaurants in the food service industry. These restaurants serve a varied, yet limited, value-priced menu in more than 100 countries worldwide. All restaurants are operated either by the Company or by franchisees, including conventional franchisees under franchise arrangements, and foreign-affiliated markets and developmental licensees under license agreements. Independently-owned and operated distribution centers, approved by the Company, distribute products and supplies to most McDonald's restaurants. In addition, restaurant personnel are trained in the storage, handling and preparation of products and in the delivery of customer service.

EAT: owns, develops, operates and franchises the Chili's Grill & Bar (Chili's) and Maggiano's Little Italy (Maggiano's) restaurant brands. At June 30, 2010, the Company's system of Company-owned and franchised restaurants included 1,550 restaurants located in 50 states, and Washington, D.C. It also has restaurants in the United States territories of Guam and Puerto Rico and the countries of Bahrain, Canada, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, Germany, Guatemala, Honduras, India, Indonesia, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Malaysia, Mexico, Oman, Peru, Philippines, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Turkey, United Arab Emirates and Venezuela.
