FFNW: Northwest (First Savings Bank). First Savings Bank is a community-based savings bank primarily serving King, and to a lesser extent, Pierce, Snohomish and Kitsap counties, Washington, through its full-service banking office located in Renton, Washington. First Savings Bank's business consists of attracting deposits from the public and utilizing these funds to originate one- to four-family, multi-family, construction/land development, commercial real estate, business and consumer loans. The Company's wholly owned subsidiary, First Financial Diversified, Inc., primarily provides escrow services to First Savings Bank, other area lenders and some private individuals. First Financial Diversified also offers limited consumer loans to First Savings Bank's customers, which consist of short-term unsecured loans, second mortgages, and to a lesser extent, home equity loans. SSBI: a state-chartered commercial bank operating a traditional community banking business within our primary service area of Sonoma County in California. The Bank operates through five offices located in Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, Healdsburg and Petaluma. The Bank provides a range of financial services to small-to medium-sized businesses, and their owners and employees, professionals and professional associations, entrepreneurs, high-net-worth families, foundations, estates and to individual consumers. The Bank offers depository and lending services include a variety of transaction, money market, savings and time deposit account alternatives. The Bank's lending activities are directed primarily towards commercial real estate, construction and business loans. The Bank utilizes its subsidiary Alto Service Corporation for its deed of trust services. CVBF: a bank holding company of Citizens Business Bank (the Bank). The Bank is its principal asset. The Company has three other inactive subsidiaries: CVB Ventures, Inc., Chino Valley Bancorp and ONB Bancorp. The Company is also the common stockholder of CVB Statutory Trust I, CVB Statutory Trust II, CVB Statutory Trust III and FCB Trust II. On October 16, 2009, CVB acquired all of the assets and the liabilities of San Joaquin Bank (SJB). As of December 31, 2009, the Company had 46 Business Financial Centers located in the Inland Empire, Los Angeles County, Orange County and the Central Valley areas of California. Of the 46 offices, it opened 13 as de novo branches and acquired the other 33 in acquisition transactions. The Company has two segments: Business Financial and Commercial Banking Centers, and Treasury Department.
