Not all "treats" take place on Wednesday. Golden Coral, for example, is offering free buffet meals (with dessert and a beverage) to veterans, retirees and active military on Monday. This is the chain's ninth annual Military Appreciation Monday. And the deal, which runs from 5pm to 9pm, is available in all 485 restaurants.
McCormick & Schmick's. This chain with 85+ locations in 25 states is giving vets a free entrée on Sunday, not Veterans Day - so vets can bring their families. This is the company's 11th year of honoring vets.
