AMNF: engaged in the production and marketing of food products, including primarily frozen pesto sauces, frozen pasta products, cooked and frozen meat and poultry products, garlic spreads. The Company markets a plain frozen focaccia. These products are marketed through a network of food brokers and sold to retail and foodservice distributors, club-type stores and industrial accounts. Until December 15, 2009, the Company's line of refrigerated products included the Garlic Zing product line, which was sold only under the Garlic Zing label only to retail customers in the Western region of the United States. The Company markets a line of pesto sauces, which are available in several varieties: Basil, Classic Ligurian Basil, Cilantro, Dried Tomato-Garlic, Roasted Red Bell Pepper, Artichoke, and Chipotle, Roasted Garlic. The Company markets several lines of frozen pastas, stuffed pastas and pasta sheets, cooked and uncooked. BGS: manufactures, sells and distributes a diverse portfolio of shelf-stable food products across the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. The Company's products include hot cereals, fruit spreads, canned meats and beans, spices, seasonings, marinades, hot sauces, wine vinegar, maple syrup, molasses, salad dressings, Mexican-style sauces, taco shells and kits, salsas, pickles, peppers and other specialty food products. It distributes these products throughout the United States via a nationwide network of independent brokers and distributors to supermarket chains, food service outlets, mass merchants, warehouse clubs, non-food outlets and specialty food distributors. UL: one of the parent companies of the Unilever group (Unilever), which is a supplier of consumer goods. It focuses on everyday consumer needs for nutrition, hygiene and personal care. Unilever's portfolio includes brands, as Knorr, Lipton, Hellmann's, Magnum, Omo, Dove, Lux and Axe/Lynx. The Company's products are sold in over 170 countries around the world. It operates under four categories: savoury, dressings and spreads; ice cream and beverages; personal care; and home care. In April 2009, the Company completed the acquisition of the TIGI Hair Care Product Business and Advanced Education Academies. In July 2009, the Company acquired the sauces business of Baltimor Holding ZAO. |
